Responsibilities: Cathy is responsible for the overall management of accounts including negotiating benefit plan renewals, reviewing marketing analysis, coordinating employee benefit communications, open enrollment support, managing carrier/vendor implementation and ongoing relationships, plan compliance, and ensuring all commitments are fulfilled while developing strong relationships with clients. She is an expert in the strategic implementation of wellness programs. Cathy constructs strategic wellness programs following the WELCOA 7 Benchmark’s of Success model.
