Shannon Trevino


Responsibilities: Shannon partners with clients to develop forward thinking strategies that maximize the impact of employee value and engagement, while minimizing risk and overall costs. She is energized by the challenges in our industry and working together to tackle compliance, communications, and wellness issues at the employer and employee level.

Notable Quality/Achievement in the Benefits Industry/Designations: Shannon has a focused expertise in disability and leave management, as well as international benefits and voluntary benefits. She spent ten years as a top account executive at MetLife, specializing in large groups of up to 20,000 employees. Shannon served on the Northern California Employee Benefits Council board for four years, including one term as president in 2011.

Personal Interests: Shannon enjoys college football (Notre Dame Fighting Irish) and used to be a football team manager. She loves to travel (especially to Italy), is learning to golf, enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog Farley, and is both an avid learner and reader.
