After beginning his consulting career with Aon, Ed spent the past 11 years working on the employer side, holding management and director-level positions in employee benefits at The First American Corporation, Irvine Company, and Apria Healthcare. Returning to the consulting side with Burnham Benefits, Ed brings valuable and unique experiences with him, helping to further inform the agency’s understanding of the challenges that employers face.
Integrating his background in law and employee benefits into Burnham’s consulting model, Ed will be establishing and leading our Health Care Reform (HCR) Task Force. This team will be comprised of several Burnham consultants who each bring unique skills and experiences.
