Consumer Driven Health Plans
Burnham has developed the broad expertise necessary to evaluate, plan and implement the various components of a CDHP, which will usually include a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) combined with a high deductible insurance plan.
Underlying the CDHP concept is an increased focus on prevention. Reducing the incidence of preventable, chronic diseases is the key to controlling health care costs for both employers and employees. For this reason, most CDHPs offer 100% coverage of preventative care.
