Responsibilities: Alison has a genuine passion for helping others with solutions that not only address current issues but also get ahead of future challenges. Alison wears many hats and is responsible for cultivating and maintaining client and carrier relationships, managing client strategy and deliverables, and partnering with the Risk Management Services (RMS) team to identify areas of opportunity for clients.

Alison works with self-funded clients in both the public and private sector. She excels at evaluating and providing guidance on all aspects of a client’s employee benefits program, and making complex, technical information digestible and actionable for clients.

Education: Bachelor of Science with a major in Actuarial Science and Diploma of Business Administration from the University of Regina (Canada)

Notable Quality/Achievement in the Benefits Industry/Designations: An Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA), Alison is well-versed in risk assessment and management and how this translates to the health and benefits industry. She is continuously learning and exploring a wide range of topics that support driving best practice strategy for clients.

Personal Interests: Alison enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing volleyball, and singing.
