Responsibilities: Ann works with companies to design, manage and implement effective self-funded and fully insured benefit programs. She is responsible for overall account management pertaining to service, implementation, renewal and compliance. Ann assists with ongoing plan administration, online benefit management systems, open enrollment coordination and employee meetings. She works closely with clients to provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
