Responsibilities: Catherine is responsible for new business development and overall strategic planning and management of client accounts. She negotiates benefit renewals, oversees marketing analyses and ensures account compliance, maintains relationships with leading vendors in the marketplace, and is committed to maximizing client education regarding the best products, technology and industry trends. Catherine has an extensive knowledge of benefit and financial markets that include market trends, plan designs, pricing, funding alternatives, contribution analyses and employee communications.

Notable Quality/Achievement in the Benefits Industry/Designations: Catherine has a passion for employee benefits awareness, education, and wellness. She has been leading one of the largest CHOC Walk teams for over 10 years, raising more than $1 million dollars for CHOC Hospital. Catherine was nominated for Orange County Women in Business.

Personal Interests: Family is very important to Catherine. Spending time playing a competitive game of “Nertz” with family is a perfect night. Other interests that make her world go round include movies (love Indie films), reading a good book (paper – actual page turner), jogging, walking her 80 pound goldendoodle, Murphie, and being poolside.
