Responsibilities: Cathy is responsible for developing new business and enhancing the benefit platforms of current clients to keep up with emerging products and services. She specializes in benefit process design including online, outsourced, and other strategies to lower costs related to the administration of complex benefit plans. Cathy provides advanced consulting on compliance with ERISA, ACA, and labor laws, as well as general human resource practices. She focuses on blending benefit plan design, administration and implementation with the client’s needs, in house expertise, and finances.

Industry Experience: Since August 2005 (HR/Benefits Experience - Since 1990)

Education: Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Oakland University, Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing with a concentration in Management from California State University, Northridge

Notable Quality/Achievement in the Benefits Industry/Designations: Cathy has a background in all aspects of Human Resources at small and large companies. She is a member of the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and Staffing expertise.

Personal Interests: Cathy enjoys spending time with her husband, and encouraging their two sons as they pursue their own education and future career goals. She is passionate about music in any genre including indie, rock, country and classical. Cathy loves to attend concerts in the historic core district of Los Angeles, and is a supporter of the L.A. Philharmonic. She is a fan of ice hockey, (Kings, and of course any team her sons play on or coach!).
