Responsibilities: Chris’ core responsibility is to provide innovative employee benefits consulting while building and maintaining client and carrier relationships. He makes a concerted effort to learn as much as possible about each clients’ company and the varying levels of management within each. Chris views employee benefits through a unique lens due to the invaluable knowledge he garnered leading the charge on the carrier side for several years. Through his versatility Chris supports clients across all industries.

Notable Quality/Achievement in the Benefits Industry/Designations: As managing director at his prior brokerage firm, Chris successfully grew top line revenue by 140 percent within 18 months—while keeping 100 percent client retention. When working on the carrier side at United HealthCare, Chris was number one in ancillary sales in the western region—achieving the Pinnacle Award and trip.

Personal Interests: Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He is very active in local community programs. Chris also enjoys surfing and golf when able.
