Responsibilities: Dan is responsible for leading new business development, with an emphasis in the public sector, where he successfully builds innovative markets for clients. He has specialized experience with trusts, joint powers authorities (JPAs) and other bargaining units. Dan works with clients to create and execute mutually agreeable benefit strategies to strategically lead clients toward the most effective health and welfare benefits programs. He develops long term strategic goals around cost containment, while maintaining the organizational culture. Dan puts a significant emphasis on building a strong, empowered team to work beside him, which translates into a cohesive support system for each client.
