She consults clients on all funding arrangements, contribution strategies, technology and communications. Debra has a strong marketplace presence with a reputation of driving renewals down, while bringing more value to benefits programs.

Notable Quality/Achievement in the Benefits Industry/Designations: Debra is a member of the Professionals in Human Resources Association Long Beach (PIHRA) and is involved with the Orange County Employee Benefit Council (OCEBC) and California Credit Union National Association (CUNA). She has consulted professionally within the credit union industry for over 20 years.

Personal Interests: Debra balances family, friends, and fitness peppered with music, Saddleback Church and scuba diving to satisfy her adventurous spirit!
