Responsibilities: Julie facilitates client relationships with an eye toward the long term perspective. She is responsible for the overall strategic planning and management for client accounts. Julie evaluates benefits program's financial success via claims loss ratios, utilization and renewal analysis. She uses benchmarking to determine the competitiveness of client benefit programs. Julie actively provides thought leadership on internal processes designed to enable Burnham to serve clients more effectively.
