Responsibilities: Marina has an extensive knowledge of the benefits and financial markets, including market trends, plan designs, pricing, funding alternatives, and ACA. She works with clients on a local and national level, managing fully insured and self-funded arrangements and leverages experience to the clients’ optimal advantage. Marina is responsible for overall client account management, which includes benefit plan renewals, marketing analysis, benchmarking, vendor relationships, employee communications, cost containment strategies, wellness initiatives, as well as working with the management and unions to find a mutual common ground that maximizes the employee benefits programs.
