Notable Quality/Achievement in the Benefits Industry/Designations: Nathan’s volunteer experience includes currently serving as Chairman for the Professionals In Human Resources Association (PIHRA) Los Angeles and the Southern California chapter of the Society of Human Resources Management (HRM). He also serves on the Board of Directors of PIHRA. In addition, Nathan serves on a division of the church council at Lake Avenue Church, where he and his family attend, and with Pasadena Unified Schools District’s Don Benito Elementary School Site Council. Nathan has spoken on employee benefits and Healthcare reform for both PIHRA and SHRM, L.A. Talk Radio, Center for Non-profit Management, HR Star Conference, Human Resource Knowledge Network and numerous other professional organizations.
