Responsibilities: Nathan brings his natural leadership ability and comprehensive experience to add a layer of management and influence in the Los Angeles benefits community. He offers extensive knowledge in consulting with mid-size and large employers in all aspects of employee health benefits solutions and Healthcare Reform compliance requirements. Nathan successfully advises employers in developing competitive, cost-effective benefit plan solutions that set employers apart from their competitors. His knowledge of funding arrangements, coupled with creative plan strategies, drive positive financial results that employers are looking for. In addition, his passion for delivering excellent service creates the ideal partnership for his clients.

Notable Quality/Achievement in the Benefits Industry/Designations: Nathan’s volunteer experience includes currently serving as Chairman for the Professionals In Human Resources Association (PIHRA) Los Angeles and the Southern California chapter of the Society of Human Resources Management (HRM). He also serves on the Board of Directors of PIHRA. In addition, Nathan serves on a division of the church council at Lake Avenue Church, where he and his family attend, and with Pasadena Unified Schools District’s Don Benito Elementary School Site Council. Nathan has spoken on employee benefits and Healthcare reform for both PIHRA and SHRM, L.A. Talk Radio, Center for Non-profit Management, HR Star Conference, Human Resource Knowledge Network and numerous other professional organizations.

Personal Interests: Nathan values his family time and enjoys coaching youth basketball teams, volunteering, camping, hiking, skiing, martial arts and reading.
