Responsibilities: Sydney is responsible for the overall strategic planning and management of current accounts on both a local and national level, along with new business sales. She identifies client needs by evaluating client funding arrangements, contribution strategies, wellness programs, and assisting with technology and employee communication challenges. As well as providing professional oversight, that includes renewal negotiation, marketing analyses, and ensuring compliance. Sydney maintains relationships with leading vendors in the marketplace and is committed to maximizing client's education regarding best products, technology, and industry trends.
