Benefits Brokerage Welcomes Senior Consultant Lisa Palmer

As senior consultant, Palmer will use her consulting and carrier experience to advise Burnham’s new and existing clients, facilitate RFP processes, and help grow the company’s Los Angeles office.

Prior to joining Burnham Benefits, Palmer was a senior associate at Mercer where she was responsible for managed revenue of $2.3M across seven national, multi-sited accounts, supervised a team of analysts, and co-led local and national efforts to collect, review, and improve best practice proposal responses. She takes pride in making genuine and personal connections with people, feeling it allows her to quickly identify her clients’ needs and expectations and is the foundation of great consulting.
