Hariot was brought on to the Burnham team for his extensive knowledge and inventive approaches to business solutions. Prior to joining Burnham Benefits, Hariot worked as a benefits operation manager where he was responsible for managing client benefit plans, communications between carrier and client, and the planning and execution of proposals for individual client cases.
