With more than 20 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, Bill brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in building high-performance teams and delivering exceptional results for clients.

Throughout his career, Bill held executive positions with insurance carriers, digital health companies, and consulting firms, where he focused on creating customer value through internal talent development. In this new role as Managing Director, Bill is responsible for the planning, organizing, staffing, and operational excellence of the firm and will lead the Employee Benefits Large Group business segment to positively influence client satisfaction and firm profitability.
